To find more easily the products you need, please use the lists of criteria from the menu. Products can be sorted depending on skin type, age, product type or action. If you know what products you want, the easiest way is to search directly after range, which is found also in the menu.

Delivery is possible only through express delivery. When the package leaves Farmec premises you will automatically receive a shipment confirmation via email including the AWB. To pursue this route please use DPD Tracking application.

Delivery time varies depending on the method of delivery you choose in the Checkout page . For shipment via Romanian Post delivery time is within 72 hours from receipt of shipment confirmation email. For shipment via express delivery time is within 48 hours, and its status can be tracked online by accessing DPD Tracking application using the AWB number that you received by email. In this case you will also receive a SMS in the day of delivery of the package .
5. What to do when the package presents signs of damages?
If the package shows signs of damages (package broken, opened, etc.) we recommend you to refuse the package and write us at email@example.com. The packages will be resend if requested.
After opening the package, if it contains damaged products or products that do not match the invoice, please contact us within 24 hours from receiving the package at firstname.lastname@example.org.How to pay?

The e-commerce service offered by Banca Transilvania is certified in terms of functionality and security by VISA and MASTER CARD International Organizations, in compliance with their security standards: Verified by Visa, respectively MasterCard Secure Code. 3D Secure standard usage minimizes fraud risk, the card holders having the possibility to perform secure Internet payments. Payment information is verified in real time (online) at three levels: card issuing bank, accepting bank and Visa/Mastercard operating system, linking the issuing and accepting bank, thus facilitating the transaction exchange by using a joint protocol. Consequently, all transactions with lost/stolen cards, insufficient funds or other restrictions imposed by the issuing bank are denied.
All VISA (issued under VISA and VISA ELECTRON logo), and MASTERCARD (issued under MASTERCARD, MAESTRO AND CIRIUS logo) cards are accepted for payment, provided that on-line payments can be performed and the issuing banks are enrolled in the 3D Secure system.
Payment is done in complete safety, no taxes applied. Card data is processed on eBTpay servers (Transilvania Bank) through Romcard payment processor. For a correct end of the transaction, you must provide your card code (all figures in four groups on the front of the card, without spaces), expiration date and the last three digits on the back of the card printed on the signature strip (depending on the type of card, this may be missing).
3DSecure - additional safety for online shop
3DSecure service uses the latest technology from Visa and MasterCard to protect your card against unauthorized use when you shop on internet, based on a password known only by you, a password used only for online shopping that works as pin to withdraw money from ATMs or to pay by card in a shop located in a physical location. Basically, at this point, if your card is stolen or if someone has access to your credit card and takes the card number, expiry date and CVV can shop online. With 3D secure you can avoid this from happening.
How does it work?
This service is free of charges and you can register online right now, following one of the links shown on your bank website. Choose a password for your card. This will be requested whenever you shop on secure sites displaying the logo below:
The next time you shop online at a participating site, you need to enter the password during the sales process secure, more precisely, after entering card details in payment page and pressing the " Approve " button, which opens a window where to introduce 3DSecure unique password. After entering the password, the transaction will be completed.
Important! If you have not registered yet, you can perform three transactions on traders participating sites without having 3DSecure card activated. For security reasons, the 4th shopping on such a site will request a 3D Secure password, therefore you should immediately enrol your card ( " Log preliminary " / "Activation during shopping " ), following the steps above.

The courier will attempt to deliver the package 2 times at the delivery address specified in the checkout page. If the delivery fails, the package will be returned to Farmec premises and the order will be canceled, the customer will bear the costs of a new delivery, regardless of the product ordered. Our advice is to get close to one of the higher end of the scale to optimize transportation costs. Transport cost is automatically displayed in the Checkout page when choosing the country of delivery.
8. I represent a legal entity, can I order online?
The site is aimed strictly to individuals (natural persons). Legal entities should contact the Export Department, email@example.com. You can then establish a contract for resale.
